How It Began
It started humbly in 2009 when 43 people entered a small brewery in Michigan. They gathered with their friends over a 45-minute trivia game with an engaging host.
But then nobody left...
It was so fun that they all ordered another round and played another trivia round right after that. Today, 20,000 people each week across the nation rely on Sporcle to connect them to their friends, indulge their competitive spirit (without getting sweaty), and above all, make the quest for knowledge fun.
